National Housing Federation
Year of publication: Ongoing
A data tool for members of the National Housing Federation looking at key housing information across different geographies. The data is grouped under four headings: people, the housing market, managing homes, and delivering new homes. Geographic breakdown is available by England, regions, counties, and local authority.
Information is drawn from national data releases, including fuel poverty, homelessness, housing benefit claimants, house prices, stock levels, housing completions and housing starts.
The tool allows comparison across multiple datasets, locations and periods of time. It can be viewed as a graph or table, embedded in social media or websites, and selected information (or full datasets it is based on) can be downloaded in CSV format.
