This one in particular is looking forward to different policy solutions and thinking about how they might work.

In brief, the report focuses on not seeking to buck the trend of a growing London and South East – so calls for more homes there whilst reducing land for businesses (particularly industrial) so they relocate to cheaper land in the north.
